Farjana Tasnim Mukta is a Lecturer of Mathematics at Kennesaw State University. She completed her Ph.D. in Mathematics at the University of Kentucky in 2024 under the supervision of Dr. Duc Nguyen. Her dissertation was titled “Advanced Mathematical Graph-based Machine Learning and Deep Learning Models for Drug Design”.

Her research interests include graph neural networks, binding affinity prediction, and mathematical graph theory.
